Arguably the best doughnut shop in the east (don’t @ me), Daniel’s Donuts is going to be treating the fine people of the north to excellent doughnuts this month.
Daniel’s is opening a new pop-up store in Barkly Square in Brunswick for the entire month of July. There you can get dishing out some of Daniel's classic flavours and some limited-edition ones to boot. The best part? They’re affordable, with six doughies setting you back only $18.
You can expect Daniel’s classic doughnuts – jam and glazed – as well as some strikingly eccentric flavours like Nutella M&M, tiramisu and the whole-Snickers-inside ‘Snickers Podnut’. Our pick? The old-school jam-and-cream. Airy and sugar-coated, it’s sliced vertically to create a deep trench for the fluffiest cloud of cream and a dollop of strawberry jam. Yes, it’s sweet, but never is it sickly.
