American wrestling champion John Cena, regarded as a legend of the wrestling ring and admired by millions of fans around the world, including in Sri Lanka, is set to compete in the final match of his career today (13).
The match will be held in the early hours of tomorrow (14), Sri Lanka time. Accordingly, with today’s contest, John Cena’s professional career spanning more than 20 years will come to an end.
His opponent in the farewell bout will be the Austrian wrestler GUNTHER.
John Cena, who has marked numerous unforgettable milestones in professional wrestling, has been part of the WWE since 2001.
He has won the WWE Championship on 17 occasions, the highest number of title reigns achieved by any wrestler.
Standing 6 feet 1 inch tall (185 cm) and weighing 114 kilograms, with a powerful physique, John Cena is currently 48 years old.
