Hosts Pakistan will face Sri Lanka in the final of the ODI Tri-series 2026.

Sri Lanka have booked their berth in the final of the ongoing ODI Tri-Series in Pakistan on Tuesday after convincingly beating the hosts in their third match of the series.

Sri Lanka had picked up two points in their first round of matches, which included a loss against Pakistan in the series opener and then their historic run chase against England.

England, on the other hand, lost both their first-round matches and then lost their third match of the series against Pakistan, which sealed the hosts' place in the final after three consecutive wins.

With three losses in a row, England's path to the final was complicated, as they needed to win their last game of the series against Sri Lanka convincingly and Sri Lanka also had to lose their third match against Pakistan.

On Tuesday, England had hoped that Pakistan would put up a formidable and throw a tough challenge in front of the Lankans, but their hope died in the first innings itself as the hosts were bowled out for just 110 runs. Sri Lanka then comfortably chased down the total to seal their final berth.
