Sri Lanka will be gearing up to set out for their tour against Pakistan which is scheduled in the month of October and November as Sri Lanka Cricket announces the fixtures of the tour. The tour starts from the 9th of October, 2026 with a T20I match in Rawalpindi.

The Sri Lanka National Men's Cricket Team is scheduled to arrive in Pakistan on October 4, 2026, for a comprehensive and tightly packed six-week multi-format tour running from October 9 to November 21, 2026. The tour, officially confirmed by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), features a three-match T20I series, an ODI Tri-Nation series (including England), and a two-match Test series.

The tour will start with the three-match T20I series on Pakistani soil. All of the three matches are set to be held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi. The three T20I match matches will be played on the 9th, 11th and 13th of October, 2026. After this series, both Sri Lanka and Pakistan will indulge themselves in a Tri-Nation ODI series with England joining in the two countries for the series. The first match of the series will be held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on the 18th of October, 2026 between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The second ODI will feature Sri Lanka and England at the same Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on the 22nd of October, 2026. The next three matches, including the finale of the series, will be held at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The third and the fourth match will witness Pakistan and Sri Lanka and England and Sri Lanka facing off against each other on the 27th and 29th of October, 2026, respectively. The match will span from the 4th of November to the 6th of November, 2026 in Islamabad. Sri Lanka will wrap up their Pakistan tour with a two-match Test series against the Pakistani side. The two Tests are scheduled to start from the 9th and 17th of November, 2026 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium and Gaddafi Stadium, respectively.

The last time the Sri Lankan men's cricket team toured Pakistan was in November 2025, where they played a three-match ODI bilateral series followed by a T20I Tri-Nation Series. Pakistan dominated the tour, sweeping the ODI series 3–0 and winning the T20I Tri-Series final. The T20I leg was a tri-series featuring Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe were Pakistan outclassed Sri Lanka in the final.

In January 2026, Pakistan toured Sri Lanka in a brief 3-match T20I series in Dambulla where the series ended in a draw as both Sri Lanka and Pakistan won a game each and one match was abandoned due to rain.
