Titanium Sands (ASX:TSL) has signed a subscription agreement with Gage Resource Development to secure capital expenditure and offtake funding alongside an immediate $500,000 equity investment for its Sri Lankan mineral sands project.
The immediate cash injection offers financial relief compared to previous periods when project development relied solely on standard internal reserves.
Under the terms of the deal, the company issued 62,500,000 shares at an effective price of A$0.008 per share, giving the investor a first-right option to provide capital expenditure and match or beat third-party offtake offers.
The agreement grants essential financial backing for project development as the business advances its asset strategy in Sri Lanka.
Following the announcement, the Titanium Sands share price was unchanged at $0.006.
Gage Resource Development operates as an Australian-registered platform tied to Beijing Gage Capital Management, a firm managing cross-border mining assets across Asia and Africa.
The parent entity focuses on mineral exploration, mine development, and cross-border mining mergers and acquisitions.
