Fine jewellery brand GIVA has raised over $100 million in a funding round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, with participation from existing investors Epiq Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund.

The transaction also marks GIVA’s seventh employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) buyback.

Founded in 2019, GIVA started as a silver jewellery brand before expanding into gold and lab-grown diamond categories. Over the last three years, the company has clocked a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 70 per cent, closing FY26 with revenue of ₹865 crore.

The fresh capital will support GIVA’s next phase of expansion, with a focus on scaling up manufacturing capabilities, accelerating retail expansion and strengthening its leadership team.

Over the next five years, GIVA aims to expand its retail footprint to more than 1,000 stores across India, from over 400 stores currently operating across India and Sri Lanka.
